It seems like I can make the mouse work for the first screen displayed in the game and once that screen changes (for example by pressing "Resume game" it stop working again. Most times I start the game, I can click to skip the Rockstar logo spraying and the intro video, however once the menu appears I can only move the mouse and not click.
